Expedia will no longer accept pet travel agencies in its United States and Canada sites, but it will allow them to be listed on other countries.
Expedia says it was notified last week by PetTravel, a subsidiary of Expedia Inc., that it would be excluded from the U.S. and Canada in 2018.
The U.K. and Australia also allow pet travel agents to advertise on sites like PetTravel.com, but these sites are currently only available to U.k. customers and only to registered pet owners.
PetTravel says it is now accepting U.s. and Canadian pet travel companies.
Expenses related to PetTravel will be deducted from your account.
