Travel agency Pacific Travel Agency has announced it is ending its partnership with the US travel agency gtm Travel.

The move comes after several incidents involving the gtm agency.

In January 2017, the company’s website was hacked.

In June 2017, a company employee stole the personal data of more than 100,000 customers, including their names, addresses, phone numbers and credit card details.

In August 2017, gtm staff allegedly took money from customers and posted it on the internet.

In August 2018, gmts office in Melbourne was burglarised.

In January 2019, a man was arrested and charged with aggravated burglary.

In December 2018, a gtm employee allegedly stole the identities of over 100,00 customers.

In April 2019, the firm was forced to apologise after the US Travel Association said it was concerned that the travel agency had a “history of using fraudulent claims”.

The US Travel Agency said that while the gmtm agency was “troubled” by the allegations, the relationship between the two companies was a “one-way street”.
